Mark R. Laderman
Co-Founder, Managing Partner
Mr. Laderman is Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Artisan Realty Advisors. Mr. Laderman oversees all aspects of the company's investment activities and portfolio operations, in addition to setting strategic direction for the firm. Prior to co-founding Artisan Realty Advisors, Mr. Laderman was the Regional Managing Director for Tishman Speyer in Southern California responsible for all aspects of the company’s business including acquisitions, dispositions, development, redevelopment, asset management, leasing and property management. During his 14-year tenure with Tishman Speyer, Mr. Laderman led the acquisition and development of over 7.5 million square feet of office properties totaling over $3.0 billion in transaction value. Prior to Tishman Speyer, Mr. Laderman spent four years serving as Director of Acquisitions covering the West Coast for Thomas Properties Group, a real estate investment and development company that was subsequently merged with Parkway Properties (NYSE: PKY). Mr. Laderman also worked as a commercial real estate broker with SACA Commercial and Coldwell Banker Commercial. Mr. Laderman graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and from the University of California at Irvine with a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Mr. Laderman is also a member of LACRA, NAIOP and ULI, in addition to co-founding The Wilshire Club.

COLLIN R. KOMAE
CO-FOUNDER, PARTNER
Mr. Komae is Co-Founder and Partner at Artisan Realty Advisors. Mr. Komae is responsible for the execution of all acquisition, development, redevelopment and asset management projects for the firm. Prior to co-founding Artisan Realty Advisors, Mr. Komae was Director of Acquisitions and Development for Tishman Speyer in Southern California. Mr. Komae was involved in all aspects of the firm's Southern California business including the development of over 630,000 square feet in Playa Vista known as the Collective and Brickyard projects. During his 4-year tenure at Tishman Speyer, Mr. Komae executed the acquisition and development of over 2.5 million square feet of office properties totaling over $1.3 billion of transaction value. Prior to Tishman Speyer, Mr. Komae was a Consultant at CBRE (NYSE: CBG) in the Financial Consulting Group and focused on office, retail and industrial investment sales underwriting and marketing. Mr. Komae has also worked for BioMed Realty Trust, UBS and Morgan Stanley. Mr. Komae graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. Mr. Komae is an active member of LACRA and ULI, and is a co-founder of the M Street Association.
Ryan Hursh
Director, Asset Management
Ryan Hursh is Director of Asset Management, overseeing the Operations, Leasing, Tenant Improvements, and Financial Reporting for the portfolio. Prior to Artisan, Mr. Hursh has 15 years’ experience in Asset Management working for some of the largest commercial real estate companies in the US, including General Growth Properties, Macerich, Jamestown LP, Lincoln Property Company, and CBRE. During his career, he has managed an extensive amount of both retail and office properties that include Alderwood, Glendale Galleria, Westside Pavilion, Kierland Commons, Lantana, Malibu Village, and Runway at Playa Vista.
Mr. Hursh graduated from the University of Idaho with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems and has obtained his CSM designation from ICSC. He also holds a CA Real Estate Salesperson license and is an active member of LACRA.
Robert REvzan
Director, Design & Construction
Robert Revzan is Director of Design and Construction, overseeing all Capital Improvement projects for the portfolio. Mr. Revzan has 20 years of experience in construction management, architecture, forensics, and sustainability for private, institutional, and public-sector clients. Prior to Artisan, Mr. Revzan was a Construction Manager at Hines, a Project Architect at McGinnis Chen Associates, and a Job Captain at Korth Sunseri Hagey Architects.
Mr. Revzan graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and is a licensed architect in California, a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), a LEED Accredited Professional, and a Construction Documents Technologist (CDT) with the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI).
Guillermo BOISSON
ASSOCIATE, ACQUISITIONS & ASSET MANAGEMENT
Guillermo Boisson is Associate of Acquisitions & Asset Management, overseeing financial analysis and underwriting for all acquisition, development, redevelopment and asset management projects for the firm. Prior to Artisan, Mr. Boisson was a member of one of the country’s top producing investment sales teams at Newmark Knight Frank (Shannon Team) where he participated in over $3.0 billion of investment sales and debt financing transactions during his 3-year tenure. Mr. Boisson has also worked in Downtown Los Angeles for CBRE in the Real Estate Valuation & Advisory group focusing on Southern California and Hawaii.
Mr. Boisson graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance. He also holds a CA Real Estate Salesperson license and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, NAIOP, and Catholic Big Brothers Big Sisters.
